Genus PLC has an exciting opportunity in our company, Promar International.We are looking for a Farm Business Survey (FBS) Regional Manager to supervise and organise staff and contractors delivering the FBS farms survey in the Midlands region, with some crossover between regions. The position is hybrid, with an expectation to come into the Stapeley office on occasion and to meet with staff in the Midlands office in Castle Donington. The FBS Regional Manager will act as a conduit with the Project Team to ensure project deliverables are on target at each milestone and that progress is being reported centrally. They are also responsible for client care in terms of complaints or requests from farmer participators for their region. The successful candidate will have a broad and current understanding of agriculture, horticulture, and the rural community with a sound understanding of accounting principles.
