Particular emphasis on optimising enterprise performance and improving profitability: - Contribute to the successful growth and development of the Promar International business  - Responsible for the successful delivery of farm consultancy which drives profitability for the Promar Consultancy business  - To continually develop skills and knowledge that will contribute to the success of the individual and the wider business
